当店では、バックパックから大型のスーツケースまで、あらゆる種類の荷物を収容できる荷物用ロッカーをご用意しています。お客様の貴重品の安全が私たちの最優先事項であるため、24時間365日運用の監視カメラで店内を常に監視しています。各ロッカーにはユニークなコードが設定されており、店内へのアクセスも同様に個別のコードで管理されています。さらに、店舗およびロッカーの清掃と消毒を定期的に行っています。

いいえ、ご予約の有効期間は8:00〜22:00です。

日付と場所に応じて、1日あたりの料金はロッカー1つあたり€12.00または€15.00です（午前8時から午後10時）。

(例外的なイベント時には料金が変動する場合があります)


数日の予約の場合、価格は下がっています。 プロモーションの恩恵を受ける日もあり、1日あたり2ユーロになります。

手荷物用ロッカーのサイズは次のとおりです。

この寸法はほとんどの大きなスーツケースに適しており、国際 IATA フォーマット (55 x 35 x 20 cm) の小さな荷物を 4 つまで収納できます。

1ロッカーあたり30kgまでお預けいただけます。

COVID（またはその他の病気）に感染したという事実は、当社の一般販売条件に従って、払い戻しの理由とはならないことをお知らせします。

一般販売条件に示されているように、また消費者コードの第L. 221-28-12°の規定に従って、予約は交換も返金もできません。 技術的事件または不可抗力の事例によって引き起こされたCITY-LOCKERの主導による閉鎖のみが、払い戻しまたは延期を引き起こす可能性があります。

当社の一般利用規約と販売条件に基づき、お預かり中に発生するおそれのある特定の場合（お荷物とその内容物の破損、損傷、紛失、破壊、盗難）のみ、保険対象内です。

この保険は、予約時に割り当てられたロッカーの閉鎖から再開までのレンタル期間中有効です。

As described very precisely on our site the precise dimensions of the lockers are H 61 cm x W 48 cm x D 85 cm are the dimensions of a rented locker (or H 24 x W 19 x D 33 inches). This dimension can contain up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format. The IATA baggage size is 55 x 35 x 20 cm (or 21.5 x 13.5 x 7.5 inches). We recommend to make sure that your baggage(s) will fit in this locker. The great majority of our customers are very happy with this large size and the luggage / price ratio.
