The IATA baggage size is 55 x 35 x 20 cm (or 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches). Please make sure that your baggage(s) will fit in this locker. Otherwise, we invite you to rent additional lockers for your other luggage.

Available from 8 am to 10 pm every day, you will have easy and secure access to your personal belongings, with the possibility to return at any time during your rental period.
Our shop, located at 7, rue du Maine, offers luggage lockers capable of accommodating all kinds of baggage—backpacks, large suitcases, and more.
The security of your belongings is our priority: our shop is equipped with surveillance cameras operating 24/7. Each locker is secured with a unique code, as is access to the interior of the shop, which is also via an individual code. Additionally, we ensure the cleanliness and regular disinfection of the shop and lockers.

Are the lockers cleaned regularly?
Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.
What are you opening hours?
We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.
How can I book my locker?
You can book your locker only via our website www.citylocker.paris.
Is there any delay to respect for booking?
You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.
Is my booking a 24 hours booking?
No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.
What are the prices?
The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.
(rates subject to variation during exceptional events)
For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 3 €/day.
What is the size of the locker?
The size is:
- Centimeters: H.61 x W.48 x D.85
- Inches: H.24.0 x W.18.9 x D.33.4
This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches).
Be sure to check the size of your luggage before booking. There will be no refund.

Is there a maximum weight?
Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.
Can I get a refund for my reservation or postpone my reservation to a later date?
As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.
Are my luggage covered by an insurance?
They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.
This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.
The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.
When do I receive my code to enter city-locker and to open my locker?
The codes are sent to you by email and text message (SMS) when your booking is confirmed.
The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).
For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.
When can I collect my luggage?
You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.
